Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and shipping carriers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returned items must be shipped with a valid tracking number. The tracking information must be shared with us after the return shipment has been sent.
We are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
Refund Process
After the returned item is delivered to us, it will be inspected carefully.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
